Call to Mark

Call to MarkHey guys. Just got off the phone with Mark.

1) Yesterdays hearing had to do with Jurisdiction. I assume this is to determine whether the case should be heard in NS or Utah. Mark was unclear whether the determination of jurisdiction was public record or not, so he was not able to answer my question at this time.

2.) A hearing on the sealing order will take place May 3, 2019. Hopefully if this is resolved more information can be released to the public.

3.) Asked him if the company would be commenting on LEXI phase of MRT testing. At this time he would not comment, I assume due to the sealing order.

His attitude sounded positive and advised that everything is being reviewed through attorneys at this time to avoid any issues. Hopefully we will get a company update within the next few days, but not guranteed.

Can someone who has access to the court house see if the jurisdiction decision can be pulled? This may be covered by the sealing order as well.
