RE:Truth is always good newsI think you have made an excellent analysis.  The only way for IBC to get out of the OTP is to drive Ucore into insolvency.

It will be interesting to see what other tactics IBC deploys to try to eat up Ucore's money.

Is there anything that Ucore can do to stem the flow?
