If/when jurisdiction is finalized, we should have another hearing scheduled hopefully at the end of this month or sometime in august or september. Most likely, this hearing will be to lay out the facts and discovery. From there, I would expect at least 1 more hearing 1-3 months out, and then a period of time for the judge to make a decision. So, im thinking 3 months for each step in the process. Not to mention the ownership transition period.
Ucore hasnt even had a chance to review IBC financial information after announcing OTP. If Izatt has done what he has done so far and historically, who is to say he hasnt loaded the books with debt or will try some other shenanigans
