RE:RE:RE:RE:Good Luck to You All

RE:RE:RE:RE:Good Luck to You AllI cannot say for sure that this has ultimately "cost" Ucore anything. What I can say is it put the largest deals on pause.

They don't seem to be actively working on or with either of those two companies right now (KRP or Suncor).

Remember, Suncor began years ago, they paused to upgrade their froth processing, and it stopped there.

KRP bought a large facility to rennovate for separation of coal ash, but without MRT locked up, that is stagnant.

There is a chance when the deal is done they may be able to re-enter talks with both. But they also may not. Each day brings a risk of them settling on an inferior technology.

I ultimately believe this is an opportunity, that long term will be rewarded. But, with the legal proceedings going to take at least 6-12 months without some kind of settlement, I am backing out short term.

I can totally regret this if the trade war escalates, or IBC settles earlier than expected. But then again, I will be sitting by with cash in hand ready to pounce and buy again.

I really am still rooting for you guys and the company, I just see more risk short term.
