Nothing in the court documents, UCORE press releases, or anything in this world said that Ucore offered 40 million because of Suncor deal.

That was a rediculous post here on this message board. 

UCORE has not done anything with Suncor since 2017. 

Ucore offered 40 million to settle the Option to Purchase. To have complete control over IBC, its intellectual property, and full power in its business direction. Potential opportunities could include oil froth, coal ash, and many others after this was done.

But the 40 million offer was never contingent upon Suncor deal or KRP deal.


Ucore has tons of potential when this is wrapped up. But, to get it rapped up, they are going to have to dilute like crazy to raise money. The only other option would be to take out loans and saddle the business with debt. Either way, its short term pain for long term gain.
