Izatt has indeed lost his mind. He literally just handed Ucore the best piece of evidence for damages and misrepresentation. The man just cannot help himself.
He has no chance of Utah jurisdiction since he attorned in Nova Scotia (then fired his attorney). I expect NS will proceed swiftly with jurisdiction decision and say OTP is valid in due time.
At least MRT appears to be locked up eventually, so that is a plus. Although part of me thinks he might set fire to his building and research if push comes to shove.
This is gonna get interesting. Might have to honestly put him on suicide watch.
