RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Lexi data counters Izatt Affidavit for UcoreIF I had proof of breaches of the confidentiality agreement or any other evidentiary proof that would terminate the OTP ( written termination agreement signed by Ucore) I would have included them as exhibits in my Affidavit to end the legal battle and expense as quickly as possible.

It appears Izatt’s legal defense/strategy ultimately consists of trying to extend the legal battle long enough to bankrupt Ucore since he hasn’t provided any legal evidence to end it that I am aware of.

Hope the Ucore legal team solicits your aid!!
