The only reason I asked the question is to show that it is real easy to feel a company should sue and claim for damages but much more difficult to quantify and justify what those damages are.
What contracts have been lost that were available or in progress?
What contracts were not obtained because marketing couldn't be done?
What harm did Izatt's PRs do to Ucore's name and how do you quantify that?
How do you know/measure what progress would/might have been made?
Has there been any share price impact and if so how much and when?
What has been the business opportunity cost and how do you substantiate that?
