RE:Think hit on why Defence failure It wouldn't surprise me if Izatt hasn't and doesn't file a defense in NS Court since I think he believes he can win his temporary order move in Utah and the appeal to the Utah Supreme Court related to jurisdiction as well.
Basically thumbing his nose at NS Courts saying "you don't have jurisdiction over me".
