RE:RE:RE:Think hit on why Defence failure Izatt for sure has jurisdiction in Utah with the NDA. I think he is going to rely on that to carry him through with the temporary and he hopes a permanent order as well as damages.
I believe like you said Izatt convolutes information to Make it look like he can substantiate his story. The only way to get to the truth is like what you have done to a degree which is to lay out a timeline to show what happened and when.
I don't believe Ucore can ignore the NDA proceeding in Utah as they did Izatt's other endeavors there. What will be interesting to see is how the Courts, Utah and NS, view this effort since it is a subtly different twist on the same story.
