RE:Second inducement claim

RE:Second inducement claimUcore made excessive offers that staff would not normally have considered due to risks?

As My69z stated "staff" make a determination on work direction/effort?  Where is Izatt's leadership/accountability?

From what I have read it appears that IBC had found a partner that had money and money is what IBC needed at the time.  Plus the partner was active in making connections, promoting, and marketing IBC's product which IBC had made no attempt in doing in IBC's history, as admitted to by Izatt himself.

I'd like to know specifically what the "excessive offers" were since from Manuel's affidavit, it appears, Ucore had to make a number of concessions to IBC to maintain and promote the effort to develop the JV including, I believe, the foray into spending over a $1MM on the PGM plant effort.

Eventually, it appears, Ucore got tired of Izatt's threats and cajoling to get more money out of Ucore along with Izatt's reluctance to work with Ucore when presented with a significant, $40MM, opportunity and Ucore determined it was time to exercise the OTP.

Equivalent information from IBC, compared to what Ucore has provided, would be helpful in seeing the whole picture.

Hard to beleive claims that are made without any substantiating evidence.
