RE:when this fight is all over May not be much left of Izatt/IBC after 6th Wave hits him with damages for IBC's law suit against 6th Wave.
From 6th Wave's affidavit:
51. Prior to and during this lawsuit, 6th Wave has been in the process of soliciting and negotiating investment to support 6th Wave’s further research and development goals.
52. Shortly after this lawsuit was filed, investors began approaching 6th Wave and expressing concern over IBC’s allegations in this case.
53. I have personally spoken with investors and potential investors who threatened to invest on less favorable terms than had previously been discussed, scale back their investments, or avoid investing entirely as a result of this lawsuit.
54. These investors indicated that the specter of IBC’s lawsuit against 6th Wave was the principal cause of their changed outlook on investing in 6th Wave.
55. After suing 6th Wave, IBC has issued several press releases that I believe are misleading and aimed at inflicting further injury to 6th Wave.
56. I believe that IBC initiated this litigation with the specific goal of interfering with 6th Wave’s fundraising efforts.
