RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Looks like CMJ is workingI don't like "assumes".  Will feel much more comfortable once Ucore has been able to do its due diligence.

As crazy as Izatt has been over the last year and how much he has undoubtedly spent on legal bills who is to say IBC isn't in debt up to its eyeballs? 

Wouldn't this be material adverse findings?
