The one liner "Not for distribution to United States Newswire services etc," is a statement that appears frequently within canadian stock press releases. It does not mean that Ucore does not want the US to know about IMC deal but rather than the dissemination of the information by them may somehow violate exhange regulations in one jurisdiction or another.
Someone here can surely enlighten on this more than I but that disclosure on the PR is one that is frequently inserted into canadian stock PR's.
