Investing at this end of the mkt without established CF is all about Risk/Reward.
The major positive Ucore is they finally have some real RE expertise in the organisation but separation is becoming a very crowded space, particularly when US currently needs just1500tpa NdPr to displace ~5ktpa Chinese mags currently imported. NdFeB in components, PMM & final product will be a whole different battle front.
With no business plan, complete lack of any financial data, there is absolutely no quantifiable reward here, but a whole pile of risk. There are far better opportunities elsewhere with a good deal more certainty, and to that end it is virtually essential to hold at least four stocks in that high risk/high reward category. I've punted a similar stake in graphene supercapacitors (down 4x), true digital audio (+2x), MDL (+3x), brownfield gold spec (+0.5x) and marijuana start up. Just two of those realise anything like their potential the Reward will more than justify the Risk spread across the five.
