Do you have any evidence for the statement "...Ucore still owns the REE rights in MRT"?
This is a direct quote from the 12/31/2020 Consolidated Financial Statements in the section "20. Subsequent events". I bolded the part which I believe contradicts your claim.
The terms include IBC purchasing the MRT pilot plant from the Company for $1,500,000 ($1,175,000 USD) pursuant to a series of payments. Additionally, the agreement includes the termination of the option to purchase agreement and any other existing agreements between the parties, and an agreement by all parties to dismiss all lawsuits with prejudice and to mutually release and waive all claims.
