It's Saturday, Why?, What it could mean.

Good Afternoon,
It is Saturday and the wife is buying plants.  Yes, I when along just to get out of the house.  When to the plant store up by the castle.  I watched this guy build a castle house as I when to and from work for years.  He finished about the time I retired, but is still tinkering with it.  I go by every once and while just to see what he has done.  He is building a draw bridge over the dry creek in his driveway or that is what it looks like.  Wife got three new plants, shrubs.  The guy that mows the lawn will put them in on Tuesday.   Other than that It has been a real quiet at my place.

Hey Pip, Ree and Tuc, you guys are on the con side of the debate about Ucore.  Okay, Why?  You think that Ucore will fail because: A. You do not believe the new tech is real?  B. You do not believe that if the tech is real that it is 90% more efficient than regular SX?  C. You do not believe that Ucore's management can take the tech and make the deals that they say they are working on?  D. That the whole thing is fake news/ a con job that will go nowhere?

I would like to point out that REE is China's big stick.  By controling REE they have forced companies to build in China just so they can get REEs for they're product.  Then stole as much as they can of those companies tech.  When Ucore come on line with the first licencing deal.  That changes everything and I do not see China just sitting there waiting.  They will work to make or steal tech to match RSX.  But they will not be controling the REE like they have in the past.  Maybe the analyst guy is right and the first deal will go to Northern Minerals.  Who knows at this point, but it should get very interesting from here on.

Have a great weekend.

Dear Pip, I take it from your mismash of an answer that you think that Ucore Will not seal the deal and get RSX up and running.  Answer C. You have a very the glass is half empty point of view.  Okay What would it take for you to through caution to the wind and buy a large block of Ucore?  Since you harp about funding and AIDEA all the time.  The license deal will come first ...more

Dragon  will probably never by a large chunk of ucore at this point, i hold a small position.  If they got licensing deal, maybe i would trade some.   But big deal, they get a deal.  Does that make it a good investment?   Large chunk of aidea funding, would get it on the trade yeah i will disregard the past, which is usually the best way to predict the future.   ...more

Pip said, "yeah i will disregard the past, which is usually the best way to predict the future.  Brilliant investment advice i don't understand why you are so into this company when they have been a total dog for a decade.   Made a mistake on my part, whats your excuse?" My excuse, After working for the Navy for thirty plus years, I understand the evolution of failure ...more

Dragon, Do you have any evidence for the statement "...Ucore still owns the REE rights in MRT"? This is a direct quote from the 12/31/2020 Consolidated Financial Statements in the section "20. Subsequent events". I bolded the part which I believe contradicts your claim.
Comment by Dragonsmyth7 on May 23, 2021 4:17pm
Jrhjr, do not have any links or other stuff I can use to prove my statement.  The only thing I can point out that the sale of REE rights was that, a sale not an agreement.  At least not to my way of thinking.  The only people that can say for sure is Ucore's management.  My email don't get answered.  Maybe one of you can get an answer.  Dragon

Dragon, This is from the Dec 31, 2017 Management's Discussion and Analysis. As you can see, it was an agreement to acquire the rights. I'm almost certain that Ucore never paid IBC the balance of $1 million due on the licensing fee.

Dear Jrhjr, Thank you, for the information.  I stand corrected.  Ucore has no MRT rights.  I missed it.  Oh well.  It is RSX or nothng.  Yes Pip, I made a mistake.  It happens.  But it does not mean that I am wrong about RSX and how China will react. Dragon

Dragon no MRT, if u weren't aware of that, u shouldn't be pontificating on the virtues of ucore a big miss
Comment by PipinoCuevas on May 23, 2021 5:39pm
Dragon  ucore has no rights to any of mrt a little behind schedule??? Rotflmao why should we assume new mgmt anymore competent than previous? why would ucore prevail vs all the other jr miners trying to same stuff? As of today, u continue to sprinkle fairy dust sure lets wait till 2023 for aidea funding  lets dilute more in the meantime.  Ucore needs to goto $10 in a few yrs just to ...more
