Ragging on your talking points over and over will not make the results get here any faster. They will get here, when they get here. Do we all wish it was faster, of course. Look is Ucore selling assets, no. They are just switch paths again. They were prepared to get money from AIDEA and buy land and build a building to put the SMC in. Then changed to a longterm lease in the Federal building with possible of grants not loans that they would have to pay back. Yes, Ucore changes course a lot. They move fast enough to adapt to new possibilities or opportunities as they present themselves. I think that is good in a company.
On a fun note, we are still snow in. I watched the 4by4s go up and down the street turning it into a sheet of ice by afternoon. Then spend a hour watching the half dozen college kids with the lowered cars and very noisey mufflers trying to get up out of the dip at the bottom of the hill. Like watching the keystone cops. Who said, what go around, come around, I wonder?
