And you know this how exactly? Are you an insider with information we should know? Can this be confirmed by both Ucore and Hatch? I guess if asked Hatch would have to confirm this because you have now made if public as fact. What your saying is Hatch agreed to take a kick at the can because Ucore was throwing stock at him so he simply went along with it knowing it had failed before kept his moith shut for stock knowing it would fail again? Hatch would put his reputation on the line for the unknown little Canadian company Ucore??? C'mon.
No one here seems to even consider where that stock is going to go but Hatch & co are hardly likely to hang on to it in the circumstances, unlikely to be sold as a block, so will they dribble it on to mkt or dump it? More absolutely absurd speculation, you have no clue whats going to happen to the stock let lone Hatch. No patents on rSX, mainly shape of vessels that's novel as I understand it, so nothing to stop the IP being carried across to another company, if it were thought worthwhile. So being the patent expert you are your saying the vessel in non-patentable....please explain how you know this and because the product is IP are you 100% certain from your 2012 IMC news relaease there has been no changes in the technology of the final product that will seek a patent or patent pending?
