If it really saved as much as suggested (claimed?) in the Indepdendent evaluation PR, which was parroted by the bought and paid for "independent" analyst Hykawy, wouldn't it be mentioned in such a statement touting its merits? Note that all we ever saw was Ucore's summary of the independent evaluation results, not the actual report itself.
