I know that you have not given up on Ucore or you would be gone. You have harpped on and on about funding and that you would not believe it until the cash hit the Ucore account. Is that your tigger to dump how much cash into Ucore? I have 32K sitting right now waiting for funding. Most of it in a tax free account. If it is full funding, I might sell some of my wife losers and raise it to 40K. Yes, I know it is hard to wait. But 30 plus years in the Navy taught how to wait.
