Yes, a big clue and step. We know from the PDAC video that they have choose the building for the SMC(still a dumb name) to be built in. They are in talks to lease the building.
It is a big step, Pip. You can't get customers or feed stock without testing, you can produce product without a SMC and for that you need a building. The more steps forward, the more Ucore get known. The more it is known the easier it is to get funding, big funding like you keep harping about. So Ucore is one step closer. So yes it is a big clue.
