Okay, you are prep if the USD dies. But are you prepped if it does not? There is only thing that I would say to the idea that USD is on the way out. What replaces it? The Euro? The chinese dollar? The English pound? the Russian ruble, Get real. As much as you think it is on the way out, there is nothing to replace it. So it will stay until something reallly can repace it. Until then the thing you have to worry the most about is inflate for about the next 5 to 7 year as manufacturing come back to NA. Lot money to be made. If your comfortable with Canada investment go for it.
As for the laptop, really? The harddrive was replaced with one that had just enough info on to do this. Or erase and reloaded. Either way you don't leave a laptop with something like that on it in a shop to be fixed. You buy a new one and transfer data and destory the old one. Hunter Biden does not strike me as that thrify to get something repair when he can just buy new and better.
OKay you have gold, silver and cash. That is great. Only thing that I can think of to add would be land. Tell you story. Second cless friend of my in the Navy bought a 3/4 arce lot of land in an area that had a minium of 2 and half arce lot. He got it for song right before Y2K. Couple year later he leased it out to a cell phone tower company for about 5K a month, His lot was the only one that could do that in that area.
