Rant and rave, History

Rant and rave, HistoryDear Pip,
Yes Pip, you really do rant and rave over things.  Way too much.  Yes, Ucore is slow.  Yes, Ucore has changed course many times on how it is going to get to making money.  You know this and I know this but the idea of what Ucore is trying to do got both of us to buy Ucore in the first place.

History:  I first bought Ucore back in 2010.  Why?  Because Ucore was the only rare earth company that had an easy way to rare earth ore to market.  They were right beside a deep water bay.  The rest of the REE deposits were in the middle of nowhere and the first you had to do was build a road or rail line.  Then they got the 145 million from the state of alaska to build out Bokan.  Then somebody figured you could make more money separating the ore into each rare earth.
They looked a tech that looked good at first glance but the lab work was not to the point that they could go to the next level without spending more money then they had.  Then they looked at MRT.  Looked very good but was controled by a very greedy mad scientist that wanted 40% of the profit no matter what kind of a deal that Ucore floated in front of him.  Then the law suit that you had a lot to say about.  But what bugged me the most was the settlement that told us shareholder little or nothing.
Ucore had learned it's lesson, the next tech that it saw as a way to get into the separation business.  They bought out right from the start.  Then put Alaska on back burner and took the deal in LA.

Yes Pip, Ucore has done lots of starts and stops and changed which way it was going.  But the core idea has not changed and that is why I am still here and why I think you are too.
