What Planet? Big vs small.

What Planet? Big vs small.Dear Pip,
I am having my after dinner Folgers coffee and reading you comments, Pip.  What planet did you just get back from or was it a different reality.  As per usual you have totally missed the point that I was trying to make.  To busy pushing the usual doom and gloom of dilution to see anything other than that.

Ucore got award of 4 million from DOD, instead of one of 14 other companies.

When the Demo plant separates Heavy REEs, it can draw that money.

There is a second half to that award of 10 million to start building the SMC in LA.

There is a second award in the works of up to 100 million to finish the SMC.

Like I said the only thing that Ucore has to do to get that money is separate Heavy REEs

Big vs small
Now Bob make a big deal out of MP building a big SX plant to do Heavy REEs.  The only problem I see with that is they can't do100% separation of light REEs.  So how does that mean that they can do Heavies without sending them off to China to finish.

Whereas Ucore is doing many smaller cheaper plants closer to where the main source of concertrate is coming from.

Why is ucore taking so long with the demo plant?  My best guess the copy and paste model that Pat talks about.  When you do your engineering upfront to make the first one the best it can be.  You can copy and paste the design into the SMC and not have to worry about any upgrading of the design in SMC 2&3.
