Dragon, I disagree with your analysis. If Light REE's were mentioned in the DOD project, but with no real intention of their being tested, why not include Cobalt, Lithium, and Nickel testing claims to later unfulfill/refute as well.

I read at least 3 times in UCORE's DOD award press release where they stated the objective was refining Heavy AND Light. And as an American taxpayer, about to celebrate Thanksgiving (and Ucore Investor Appreciation Day) I expect to get what was promised to my DOD.

P.S. Pat has a nice kitchen. But I would prefer he do some of these interviews from Kingston (i.e. the demo plant).
