we are having. A few day run
with some more press, we can double or triple quickly 
it most likely will die down and consolidate.   Like it did with reemf this yr when it spiked bigtime.  Or tmrc.  Go look at their charts now
that being said, yes things seem to be lining up well re: China if it lasts
thing is, China hasn't been exporting their tech anyway. It's just a headline.  But it works.
if some DOD or OEM funding comes within next 6 months, real good
i do expect a PP soon to keep the lights and testing going.  It might be 10% or so . Just a guess
my goal is majority of funding from OEM or governments vs dilution. A 2/3 to 1/3 split works great
going the other way, not so much.
