You still don't get it. This is NOT about busioness any more. This is about national security of the United States. All Ucore has to do is separate the heavy REE sample into each of the heavy REE Mil Specs and DOD will fund it all. If Ucore can do that, DOD would not let Ucore's SMC die on the vine for lack of funds. So forget about RO and PP, it is not going to happen. For some reason you can't wrap your head around the idea that RSX works and can do heavy REEs.
Please get the numbers right. The SMC is build in three phases. The first phase is 2000 tpa and is 25 to 30 million to do it. The second phase is 5000 tpa for a total for the two phases to be 55 million. The third phase is 7500 tpa and brings to total to 75 million.
You can be negative all you want to be. If this was business I would be with you on some points but it is not about business any more. You got national security and international politics that will be effecting how this goes forward. The sooner you wrap your head around that idea the better.
