to be clear, small PPs for working capital make sense.
eventually ucore has to make next step to fully functioning business 
been living off pps for a decade plus
we don't need another reverse split like 2019 ( because ucore diluted around 300% over a decade.  Thanks to the gift RO which was a joke and destroyed stock)
