step 2 of 10.   Just to get for 4 million
tons of milestones to be met to see if this passes muster for DOD
u were probably correct re: 2024 not make or break.  Ucore gonna push testing into late 2025 between CDN and US.  SMC?   How TF that getting built in 2024 if they are gonna be testing for 18 more months?

SMC late 2026   Maybe
and we will continue to pay for the science experiments.  I expect another PP by mid yr. Probably 5-10 million shares
unless OEM steps up. Which I doubt.  Ucore will blame it on EV growth stalling
