better question may be do we try to build SMC when trials are going on?
if so, where the money coming from? Can't see DOD stepping up until trials are over
OEMs?
do we dilute and then DOD reimburses? Just hard to tell how many shares are gonna be issued hence hard to value company
Would love someone to fund, I look 100% wrong and pps triples. But that's never happened in a decade. Wish these guys prove me wrong. Really, I do.
