It means that when Ucore finishes all of DOD samples Ucore gets paid 4 million and get the ten million start up money. Can they finish before 30 June? I don't know and you don't either. How long does it take to set up the commerial plant? Again I don't know and either do you. Six months? Ucore is saying production in first quarter of 2025. If DOD is footing the bill it will be quick, working 24/7 not worring about the overtime. Remember when dealing with DOD it is not business as usual but national security to think about.
