I don't know why you continue to also overlook this. There will not be a seperating the Agreement into some different way of getting into production.

Nothing advances until COMPLETION, of the intial Agreement, declared by the DOD.

It, is, the, law....& i asked if you even looked @ the US statue funding & requirements.

But you keep making up these different routes because you'd rather be right, than DD.

Hypotheticals is cool....but not when they constantly overlook Agreement facts
