The Gaurentee Months are passing, but at their conclusion Ucore will be able to prove that it can produce product (rare earth oxides) AT SPECIFICATION. Nobody else can do that. Not MP materials, not USA Rare Earth--only Ucore is undergoing extensive qualifications for DOD, the automakers, and magnet makers right now, in order to GAURENTEE its process (Rapidsx) and product (oxides) will be ready and reliable.
A gaurentee is something companies look for.
