Doing

A look back in time re: Ucore's history. Ucores all time high SP was recoreded at 11.10 CAD (imagine that today some of us would be millionaries, still possible). In any even take a read back in time at the precursor PR that led to the record high (2011-02-27). This PR came out Feb 01 2011 and it literally catapaulted Ucore within 27 days. It all pertains essentially to how Dynamic and important Bokan is/was to US independance and distancing themselves from China....big question....IF Bokan was that important WTF happened in 12 long years. Mind boggling if it was that important.

Early 2011 (until May) was the peak of rare earth hysteria. It was downhill from there for all rare earth companies, until picking up again in late 2020. Ucore is/was part of the hysteria.

With Chinas latest hint of cutting back on REE's coupled with Ucores "POTENTIAL" success one would think logically they should be on the brink of that kind of SP potential. Bokan is still sitting there full of heavies. IMHO

Bokan not happening costs too much  push back from enviromentalists izatt said it was worthless and ucore never tried to prove them wrong   PEA done 10 yrs ago   No PFS was even hinted at eye on the prize   no more shell game  forget bokan   smc or die

Don't count the mountain out yet if the Chinese reneg on rare earths . Government won't care about cost they will make it happen if necessary....push comes to shove it will be a go they will lease it and pay all the cost it will be your basic triple net lease and Ucore will get the profits for doing nothing don't ever sell your assets it could be profitable still waiting on the latest ...more

Rare earth oxide and metal prices have come down a lot in the last couple of months. That's hurtung all rare earth stocks, except Ucore, maybe because it's not going to produce anything for years, if ever. I don't know why Ucore stock priice has held up so well the last couple of months.
Comment by Rodtipup on Apr 11, 2023 9:01pm
you don't know why? Ucore is on the verge of potentially ground breaking science longs are holding strong and speculative buys are probably high.
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Apr 11, 2023 9:22pm
Groundbreaking? cmon Rod.   It may be a solid evolution, which could be good enough but nothing groundbreaking about an improvement in SX
Comment by Rodtipup on Apr 11, 2023 10:57pm
groud breaking / disruptive you pick in any event one of a kind in North America.
Comment by VeritasBob on Apr 11, 2023 10:59pm
Long and strong? Recent PRs and videos don't mention RSX cost or speed savings, No longer just Boyd Davis not mentioning that. Speculation: maybe Ucore is seeing last year's claims aren't being backed up by CDF commissioning tests. Maybe Ucore management now realizing what I've been saying for a long time, it si difficult to tune (optimize) the process control for a chenical ...more

Bob too many couldves.    u don't know anymore than anyone else here here is my couldve bob could be correct with OpEx.   Might just be faster but not cheaper ( time is money though) Capex.  The big ticket item, my guess it's at least 1/3 cheaper than SX now that's not the half that was touted but it will be enough to land some offtakes and fed cash to at ...more

If RSX speed claims don't pan out, it may be that the 2000, 5000, 7500 tpa LA SMC plans can't produce those tpa figures. Perhaos would need much larger plant to get 7500 tpa. I don 't know how it will play out. As for MP's rificulous msrket cap, you (Pip) are ponying up for high market cap for TSLA and NVDA, rather than buying 2nd or 3rd tier players at low market cap, let alone ...more
Comment by VeritasBob on Apr 12, 2023 12:39am
If RSX is not faster than SX, I doubt CapEx will be lower. At smal plant size, there are diseconomies of scale, so (small) RSX (plant) needs cost advantage just to be sane cost as larger SX plant (MP). If an RSX plant is built, but never prodices (as with Molycor's plant a decade ago), its CapEX per tpa is infinity times more expensive than an SX plant which actually produces. Could that ...more

Bob if rsx capex isn't cheaper, its not happening
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Apr 12, 2023 1:45am
U cant compare nvidia with MP  nvidia may just dominate AI and probably autonomous vehicles when that gets tsla will most likely be way more than a car company by 2030  they also can afford to cut prices and starve out the competition  both are expensive but MP market cap insane   Whats their Price/sales ratio? ucore strictly a gamble, nothing else
