50 million plus for first phase here comes the PP
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Jan 09, 2024 1:29pm
My question re: dilution   20-40 from oem    That would be great     Minimal dilution per pat
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Jan 09, 2024 1:30pm
If true, it could be buying time   Pp still needed soon for testing
Comment by VeritasBob on Jan 09, 2024 1:36pm
Ryan said Ucore's adbantage over Lynas and MP for HREE si having heavy feedstock. But Ucore currently doesn't have commerical quantities. II presume Lynas and MP can get feedstock as well as Ucore can. Ryan didnt' mention anything about ucore's advantage over Lynas and MPfor HREE  being due to superior processing technology.
Comment by VeritasBob on Jan 09, 2024 1:39pm
Ryan said he's invited to the Lockheed Martin-hosted mine to magnet workshop Jan 16-17. That is probably the place to be, with heavy DOD presence, plus participants at all parts of the supply chain. https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.ucu&postid=35815283 https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.ucu&postid=35815754

"Minimal dilution per pat". Ryan's definition of "minimal" might not be the same as Pip's.
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Jan 09, 2024 2:00pm
Not my definition  its what pat said   My guess, 25 million shares over the next 18 months   Oem and dod cover the rest
Comment by VeritasBob on Jan 09, 2024 2:22pm
Thta's my point. What he considers minimal you might not. Maybe Ucore should focus on HREE feedstock to produce a lot of heavy REE per plant capacity and CapEx. There'll be oodles of LREE in the west.
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Jan 09, 2024 3:05pm
Bob I already stated what I believe is potential dilution per pat, 20-40 from OEMs and 10-30 from DOD I would go low end and say 35 million from non dilitve sources and 25-30 million from ucore] Not minmal but reasonable    do I turst pat?   well lets just say talk is cheap and I need to see deal why are u here agaib, besides being a PIA?
Comment by VeritasBob on Jan 09, 2024 3:46pm
Because I think Ucore has potential. maybe RSX will pan out as a good HREE processor. After I see if RSX is good and funding more clear, might get back in  ... BIG!!!!!! Or might kiss it off as a turkey.
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Jan 09, 2024 3:51pm
Bob thats reasonable  it may be twice as high if risk is minimized buy after next PP, should go down then. i think its a solid risk/reward gamble at this point   the money(or lack of) will let you know
Comment by VeritasBob on Jan 09, 2024 3:57pm
I'd rather miss some upside at the beginning of a big climb than get all the downside to zero.

So does cost of building.
