What I don't understand, but even with an announcement that they are drilling right next to the Kenoraland discovery, the price and volume has stagnated.

When there is basically no promotion or education for potential investors, you get a stock that doesn't trade. Oldtimers will say promotion is BS and it's all about P&D but that isn't the case at all. A stock that doesn't trade is not good for investors.
