please explain the rationale for a takeover at this point Curbside.

The property is surrounded by others Kenoraland and Troilus who keep hitting holes adjacent to UGM property ---they both will want to own it

fair enough..... However, they need to pull the same kind results with their drilling and I hope they do,.

Drill results always count with juniors ---hard not think they will not hit when drilling less than 500m from a neighbours hole which was a hit
