Looking At It....
UGM is probably close to out of money after the last two rounds of drilling. They paid off the $500k loan they had as well.
UGM share holders get a % of the multi million ounce gold deposit in exchange for properties that have not shown any easily found deposits.
Troilus gets properties that are directly contiguous to theirs, so their exploration $'s can be applied against the whole and will not have to spend $ on the outlying properies until they want to.
The same for UGM's small outlying properties that are now contiguous to the whole.
I sold what little I had, I was in at C$.12/share.

It is a sweet deal for us UGM shareholders IMO & TLG is a great company to hitch our wagon to....
