What happens during a recession?

Companies begin to layoff their workforce. An early warning sign when profits begin to erode. 

Real estate agents, mortgage brokers are all suffering during this real estate market. Companies have to rightsize their workforce given the current macro environment. 

Im not at all surprised. 

Expect the recession to begin in the US around Q3.
