Urbanimmersive Inc > Balance sheet is more important

Balance sheet is more important

To all Urbanimmersive existing shareholders.

I would highly recommend you pay attention to the balance sheet, the amount of debt they acquired and their inability to pay down their interest plus principal in the current macro environment.

There is no point thinking too far out into the future, when the company may become insolvent if they can't make their payments in the near term.

The only way out:

1) they can issue more shares (good luck)

2) the real estate market turns around rather quickly and saves the company from ruin.

Thinking along these lines is a bit of a fairytale script. The company may very well run out of money before any of these scenarios play out.

Good luck!
