United Reef Warns Its Own ShareholdersThe Company’s common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol URP.
The Company has limited working capital at the present time which creates uncertainty about the
Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Management is continuing its efforts to raise
additional working capital in the immediate future to allow the Company to advance its exploration
projects and to fund its operating expenses. As of the date of this report, management is unable to
determine the outcome of these efforts.
_looks like they are saying that they have not raised any more funds and could be in a position that they cant raise any.
all i know is its a warning to get out with something because the possibility of total loss is great here.
