URP to be De-Listed in Coming Months
Expect URP to be de-listed in the next few months. URP currently trades on the TSX Venture Exchange, and with its ongoing cash flow problems, de-listing is inevitable resulting in a significant or total devaluing of the company’s share value. The company has limited working capital creating uncertainty about its ability to continue as a going concern. A going concern is disclosed on the financial statements at the discretion of management.
