URS.V popped up on a scan today.  Longterm, monthly & weekly charts looking good, but no buy signal yet!  Getting close.

As most know here we were hoping to get a buyout sooner than later. Unfortunately I don't see this happening in the next 12 months (I certainly could be wrong) even though seniors can't grow ...more

No support for now, it should be heading back to 20c. Better wait til then. A few newsletters promoted the stock, they must have sold above 0.35 and easliy double their money.
