with all due respect, Your logic without considering the share price of usco at the time of transaction (some time in May) is flawed. Let’s consider the following example. If at that time the share price of fcc is $0.80 and for usco it is even $1 still the conversation is very good for usco shareholders since they are getting 1.5 fcc shares which will be $1.20, Also note that the main reason that the share price of usco is not about $0.80 at the moment is because of the announced deal. Do not forget that usco share price was about $0.66 not too long ago.
