FCC share price
At what price would you longer-term holders consider voting "no" to the aquistion? $0.90/share here, equivalently nets us $1.35 for our shares. I own 250K USCO shares and if FCC is still floundering come May, I'll have a hard time voting "yes". Iron Creek is a top notch property and would become FCC's most valuable land asset. Not sure we'd be getting fair value for such a fantastic Cobalt project. Not with the current Cobalt market. Just my thoughts. What do u guys think?? GLTA.

agreed 100%..... but US tariffs on China (and vice-versa) isn't helping the overall market. In th interim, most stock values will be impacted in a negative way - for who knows how long? But I do agree with you here, US Cobalt is a proven gem, hopefully they work things out & it benefits us shareholders. GLTA & DYODD!!

Understood. Another way to look at it is ECS. It hit $1.32 cents today. Then CUZ ($0.24 cents), not the same leage but the point is looking at the charts many are trading at a discount. This plays against both FCC and USCO's price.

One more thing... Separate to both of comments above, USCO shares are a great way to get FCC at a discount as buying USCO today at $1.04 equates to buying FCC @ $0.69 at closing!
