FCC share price

At what price would you longer-term holders consider voting "no" to the aquistion? $0.90/share here, equivalently nets us $1.35 for our shares. I own 250K USCO shares and if FCC is still floundering come May, I'll have a hard time voting "yes". Iron Creek is a top notch property and would become FCC's most valuable land asset. Not sure we'd be getting fair value for such a fantastic Cobalt project. Not with the current Cobalt market. Just my thoughts. What do u guys think?? GLTA.

agreed 100%..... but US tariffs on China (and vice-versa) isn't helping the overall market. In th interim, most stock values will be impacted in a negative way - for who knows how long? But I do agree with you here, US Cobalt is a proven gem, hopefully they work things out & it benefits us shareholders. GLTA & DYODD!!

Understood. Another way to look at it is ECS. It hit  $1.32 cents today. Then CUZ ($0.24 cents), not the same leage but the point is looking at the charts many are trading at a discount. This plays against both FCC and USCO's price.

Hi, with all due respect, Your logic without considering the share price of usco at the time of transaction (some time in May) is flawed. Let’s consider the following example. If at that time the share price of fcc is $0.80 and for usco it is even $1 still the conversation is very good for usco shareholders since they are getting 1.5 fcc shares which will be $1.20, Also note that the main reason ...more

Hi Reza. Thanks for your reply. I definitely welcome intelligent conversation and debate. There's not enough of that on these boards! While I do see what you're saying about the timeline and share price, the part I don't agree with is your assertment that USCO would be at $0.80 right now without the acquistion announcement. USCO has put in some great work at Iron Creek and furthered ...more

Hi all, I hate to add to your frustration, but bare with me, I am new-ish to investing. What I don't understand is this; If FCC aquires USCO, don't they acquire all their assets, including Iron Creek? So essentially we are getting more shares in the same company once they merge? This is a good thing, is it not?  Unless of course if FCC's sp is lower than .60 in your case, then it ...more

Again, I think you guys/gals need to take a moment to think about the terms of the transaction, Even at todays market pricing, with FCC @ 0.95, USCO holders would be receiving a value of $1.425 significantly higher than current price of $1.04. The $1.18 that was quoted earlier is an intraday high reached after the announcement of the merger, so this is faulty logic. The 1 year high was May 2 2017 ...more

One more thing... Separate to both of comments above, USCO shares are a great way to get FCC at a discount as buying USCO today at $1.04 equates to buying FCC @ $0.69 at closing!

Hi  I really appreciate your thoughtful response. I agree with majority of your views, I still think most of cobalt stocks share price move together, I think in May both fcc and usco share price move further down since some of usco shareholders will sell their shares after conversions, I will wait for next rebound which will happen after September and fcc moves above $1.20 which translates to ...more
