RE: Potential for this company?Logan,
Like many others on this board, I have followed this stock for a long time. UZZ has had positive earnings in the past and I believe that they will remain profitable in the future. However, the stock is unknown outside of this board and is lacking liquidity.
We have been trading around the 6 cent range on and off for awhile and I do believe that this is a bottom as we have never really dipped below.
UZZ has recently appointed a new CEO and I believe that things will finally start to change. They have just created a CPC that will make an acquisition in the profitable Electronic Security industry. UZZ, at the moment, is the majority shareholder. I would imagine that there will be synergies and cost savings with this new company. They have the National rights for the NOGONOTOW business that we should be learning more about in the upcoming financials and someone recently posted a link to United Parking, that I would imagine is a new division.
2011 should be a turnaround year for UZZ. Management continues to buy shares.
