Some of what you say makes no sense?  You say it seems like a high risk investment?  Well duh it is a development stage mining company of course it is a high risk investment lol!  

As for some of the other stuff?
1.  Yes the ore can be leached?
2.  Obviously inferred resources do not count.  Not so obvious it is a devlopment stage company some have their whole resource in the inferred category.  To say they do not count is wrong but they should be heavily discounted.  Common practice about 30%.... but choose your own poison!

Over 90% of development stage mining companies never accomplish anything as to bringing a mine to production so if you want to play the game all you can do is choose what appears to be the best lottery ticket out there lol.  Throwing a dart sometimes is more successful lol!
