it certainly appears that they know what they are doing. Corporate presentation indicated they are in talks with O&G service companies alone worth up to $5 million and several of these have lined up (which might increase the chances of the rest signing up to stay competitive). Not to mention any of the other potential sources of revenue. I'm wondering if the PP was announced at such a premium to the current SP because management is pretty sure that before April they will have their predicted revenues lined up and starting to roll in.
