Exceptional presentation. Very impressive group with a very manageable game plan unfolding. This should be an easy double in November. Nothing quite like listening to management opposed to only reading information. Got to get more first of the week. Alberta is the wild card that isn't included in NAV that could push this towards a $1/sh.
